I specialize in deep tissue therapy but I am very much into all modalities of massage therapy. I have worked alongside chiropractors and many wonderful therapist at Spas. I am also a personal trainer and past master cosmetologist for Aveda. I am a mother of 2 incredibly talent children that inspire me in what I do, to continue to help others and care for the world. I absolutely love dogs and animals, they are more than welcome to join you in your massage time. I love the idea that world could be as John Lennon put it in his song Imagine, so I will do my best to make sure you enjoy your massage experiences and take care of you in your journey towards healing your body!

On my down time I enjoy long hikes in the mountains, traveling, spending snuggle time with my dog London, concerts and time with my kids.
